Bliny, Pancake from Russia

Almost all nations in the world to produce bread or pancake griddle own version. This time, you are challenged to make Russian pancakes, bliny.

Bliny

Material:
• wheat flour, sifted
• Milk
• Sugar
• Salt to taste
• Plain yogurt

Method:
• Mix all ingredients to blend (to taste comparison of origin is not too much sugar so sweet).
• Heat a flat pan and cover with nonstick cooking oil or butter thinly.
• Put one to two tablespoons of batter and shake pan until a thin batter evenly.
• Cook one side until cooked.
• Serve with a spread option (marmalade, butter, sour cream, butter, honey, caviar) or filling (compote, cheese, ground beef, etc.).
