Soba Noodle Salad with Grilled Chicken

Low sodium soy sauce 2 tbsp
Lettuce leaves – to taste
Leek thinly sliced
Low-fat grated cheese
Roasted white sesame

Method:
1. Prepare the Japanese soba noodles according to instructions on the package, set aside.
2. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper and lemon juice, then grilled until cooked pan-browned.
3. Prepare the dressing, combine all ingredients and shake until blended.
